Scope

GB/T 34340-2017 is the English-translated version of 燃煤烟气脱硝装备运行效果评价技术要求.

GB/T 34340-2017 sets out how the operating performance of a coal-fired flue gas denitration installation is assessed. It fixes the terms and definitions, the general rules, the assessment requirements, the assessment methods and the content of the assessment report.

It applies to selective catalytic reduction (SCR), selective non-catalytic reduction (SNCR) and combined SNCR-SCR denitration equipment on coal-fired power plant boilers, and denitration equipment in other fields may follow it as a reference.

Seven annexes give the forms to be filled in: the summary of operating results, the basic equipment information table, and the tables for environmental performance, resource and energy consumption, technical and economic performance, operation management and equipment condition. It was issued on 14 October 2017 and has applied since 1 May 2018.

1 Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, general rules, evaluation requirements, evaluation methods and evaluation report.

This standard applies to coal-fired power plant boiler flue gas selective catalytic reduction (SCR), selective non-catalytic reduction (SNCR), SNCR-SCR Evaluation of Operation Effect of Denitrification Equipment. Other areas of flue gas denitration equipment evaluation of the operational effect may refer to the implementation.

3 Terms and definitions

GB/T 21509 defined and the following terms and definitions apply to this document.

3.1 Evaluation index

Affect the operation of coal-fired flue gas denitration equipment, the specific evaluation of the target audience, including the first-level and second-level indicators of evaluation indicators.

3.2 Environmental performance

During the operation of coal-fired flue gas denitrification equipment, it reflects the effect of nitrogen oxides (NOx) removal and its environmental impact (including waste gas, waste water, solid waste, Noise, etc.) of the evaluation index.
