Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard uses redrafted Law Amendment to adopt ISO 15840:2004 "marine and marine technical thermoset resin glass fiber tube and Accessories technical requirements. " this standard compared with ISO 15840:2004, there are structural adjustments, Appendix E lists the standard and ISO 15840:2004 Chapter Number change control list.

This standard and ISO 15840:2004 technical differences and the reasons for appendix F.

This standard made the following editorial changes.

a) English units are deleted, leaving only the SI system;

b) According to 1bar = 0.1MPa conversion ratio, the value of the bar for the corresponding changes;

c) adjust the position of Figure B.1;

d) Replace the description of the fire-resistance requirements table in Appendix D with the form of a table.

1 Scope

This standard specifies the classification of marine thermosetting resin fiberglass tubes and accessories (hereinafter referred to as glass fiber tubes and accessories), ordering information, sex can request, other requirements, inspection and sampling, appearance and surface defect handling, marking and certification.

This standard applies to the nominal size of not more than DN1200 (NPS48) glass fiber tube and accessories.

This standard uses the International System of Units.

Dimensionless symbols DN and NPS replace traditional terms such as "nominal diameter", "size" and "nominal dimension".
