Foreword

GB/T 3403 "Plastic powdered urea - formaldehyde and urea/melamine - formaldehyde molding compounds (UF- and UF/MF-PMCs)" is divided into three parts.

1 Scope

GB/T 3403 provisions of this part of the powdered urea - formaldehyde and urea/melamine - formaldehyde molding compounds (UF- and UF/MF-PMCs) to Requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage.

This section applies to powdered urea - formaldehyde and urea/melamine - formaldehyde molding compound, international and national standards in UF and UF/MF-PMCs naming controls in Appendix A.

3 Terms and Definitions

GB/T 2035, the terms and definitions GB/T 3403.1-2008 and GB/T 3403.2-2013 defined in this document apply.

4 Requirements

4.1 contains (LD MD), (WD MD) or (LF S) as a filler of UF and UF/MF-PMCs performance requirements 4.1.1 shall comply with the requirements in Table 1.
