Scope

GB/T 33905.5-2017 is the English-translated version of 智能传感器 第5部分:检查和例行试验方法.

GB/T 33905.5-2017 is Part 5 of GB/T 33905 and gives the inspection and routine test methods for intelligent (smart) sensors. It covers the sampling of sensors for test, general inspection - appearance and insulation resistance - functional inspection, performance testing, and the test reports and documentation to be issued.

Sampling may follow a method agreed between user and manufacturer, and routine tests are normally run on every unit.

The appearance check asks for a complete and clean sensor with stable moving parts, no significant corrosion, dents, scratches or coating defects, clear and complete markings and nameplate, correctly assembled and reliably connected parts, and correct mechanical and electrical interfaces.

It applies to smart sensors that convert one or more physical or chemical quantities into a digital signal for use in a communication network, or into an analogue electrical signal.

Terms and the performance test methods it calls up come from GB/T 2900.56, GB/T 18271.1-2017, GB/T 18271.2 and GB/T 33905.4-2017. The series has five parts: general principles, IoT application rules, terms, performance evaluation methods and this one. Issued on 31 July 2017, it has applied since 1 February 2018.

If the user and the manufacturer reached an agreement, according to the agreed method of sampling, the user side should be drawn intelligence test Sensor.

Note: Routine tests are usually performed on all tests.

5 General inspection

5.1 Appearance inspection

The appearance of the smart sensor should meet the following requirements.

a) The appearance of a complete, clean, ancillary parts, moving parts stable, no significant corrosion and dents, scratches or coating defects;

b) clear and complete operation of the logo, indicating clear and no defect, nameplate information is complete;

c) the correct assembly of all parts, reliable connection, parts without loss;

d) External connection of the mechanical interface, electrical interface is correct.

5.2 Insulation resistance

The device under test is prepared according to normal working conditions. Measure the insulation resistance of each ground-insulated input and output circuit. The test should be no
