Foreword

GB/T 3390 "Manual socket wrench," the national standard for the series, is composed of five standard components.

--- GB/T 3390.1 Manual socket wrench socket;

--- GB/T 3390.2 manual transmission mortise and tenon and socket wrenches square hole;

--- GB/T 3390.3 manual transmission accessory socket wrenches;

--- GB/T 3390.4 manual socket wrenches connection accessories;

--- GB/T 3390.5 manual socket wrenches inspection rules, packaging and marking.

This standard GB/T 3390 Item 4.

This standard was drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules.

This standard replaces GB/T 3390.4-2004 "Manual socket wrench connection accessories", compared with the GB/T 3390.4-2004, the main Technical requirements changes are as follows.

--- Remove the product type in square drive rod (2004 version 3.1, 3.4);

--- Reducing the 20 series post product specifications (2004 edition Table 1, Table 1 edition);

--- Remove the test torque levels and c-level test torque (3.3,4.4 edition 2004, edition 4.5);

--- Modify the product number (2004 edition Table 1, Table 1 edition);

--- Modify the labeling of products (2004 version 3.5, this version 3.4);

--- Modify the surface preparation (2004 version 4.5, this version 4.1);

--- Modify and increase the surface quality requirements (2004 version 4.1, this version 4.2).

This standard uses redrafted law revision using ISO 3316:2012 "screws and nuts Assembly tools Manual socket wrench attachment feet Inch and testing. " this standard and ISO 3316:2012 in comparison, have more adjustment in the structure, listed in Appendix A of this standard and ISO 3316:2012 Reg number compared to the control list.

This standard and ISO 3316:2012 as compared to the existence of technical differences between the terms of these differences has been involved through its outer margin bits Opposing vertical single line (|) were labeled, given a list of corresponding technical differences and their reasons in Appendix B.

This standard also made the following editorial changes.

1 Scope

This standard specifies the manual socket wrenches connection accessories product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, labeling, transportation and storage.

This standard applies to detachable hexagonal bolts and nuts manual socket wrench connection accessories.
