GB/T 33880-2017 is the English-translated version of 热等静压铝硅合金板材.
GB/T 33880-2017 is the Chinese national product standard for aluminium-silicon alloy plates and sheets made by hot isostatic pressing.
It specifies the requirements, test methods and inspection rules together with marking, packaging, transport, storage, the quality certificate and the order or contract, and applies to the high-silicon aluminium alloy plate produced by hot isostatic pressing of spray-formed or otherwise made material for electronic packaging and similar industries.
The grades, tempers and sizes of the plate are set in Table 1. The methods it cites cover density, thermal conductivity at high temperature, thermal expansion, average grain size, tensile testing, chemical analysis and the sampling for it, packing and marking, and the rounding of values and judgement against limits. It was issued on 12 July 2017 and has applied since 1 February 2018.

This standard is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
1 Scope
This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation, storage and quality of hot isostatic pressing aluminum-silicon alloy sheet Certificate and order (or contract).
This standard applies to the injection molding (or other methods) by the hot isostatic production of electronic packaging and other industries with high silicon aluminum alloy plate (hereinafter Called sheet).
