The principle of clarity.
The general conditions for dyeing are as follows.
--- dyeing fiber. 5g or 10g cotton knitted fabric or cotton yarn;
--- dyeing depth. 1% (owf) ~ 4% (owf);
--- dyeing bath ratio. 1.20 (under the premise of uniform dyeing, but also choose a smaller bath ratio);
--- anhydrous sodium sulfate. 30g/L ~ 35g/L;
Reaction dye dyeing agent. 5g/L ~ 8g/L, or anhydrous sodium carbonate. 15g/L ~ 20g/L;
--- dyeing temperature. room temperature (20 degrees C) ~ 80 degrees C;
--- Dyeing time. 90min.
5.2 dye bath preparation
To the dyeing depth of 2% (owf), 5g cotton knitted fabric or cotton yarn dyeing, using 1.20 bath ratio, for example, in 5 cups, according to Table 1 regulation
