This document was proposed by the China Machinery Industry Federation.

This document is under the jurisdiction of the National Technical Committee on Standardization of Electrical Instruments and Meters (SAC/TC104).

Introduction

GB/T 33708 "DC Power Measurement Equipment" aims to specify the general requirements, tests and test conditions for DC power measurement equipment.

GB/T 33708 is proposed to consist of the following parts.

---Part 1: General Requirements. The purpose is to specify the general requirements and related tests and type test conditions for DC energy meters.

---Part 2: Indirect Connection to Static Energy Meters (Class 0.2, 0.5, and 1). The purpose is to specify the requirements for newly manufactured meters with direct current...

Indirect access static DC power for measuring and controlling DC power in the network, with accuracy classes of 0.2, 0.5, and 1.

The type test requirements and test methods for the table.

---Part 3: Direct Connection to Static Energy Meters (Class 0.5 and Class 1). The purpose is to specify the requirements for newly manufactured meters for measuring energy in DC power grids.

Type test requirements for direct-connection static energy meters that measure and control DC power with accuracy classes of 0.5 and 1.

and its experimental methods.

---Part 4: Digital Static DC Energy Meters. The purpose is to specify the calculation methods for newly manufactured digital static DC energy meters.

Quantitative performance, influence quantity requirements, and type testing, etc.

This document is intended to be used in conjunction with other parts of GB/T 33708.

This document outlines the minimum test levels required to ensure proper instrument function under normal operating conditions; other requirements may apply to special application scenarios.

The testing level is agreed upon by the user and the manufacturer.

The technical requirements applicable to DC power measurement equipment in IEC 62052-11:2020 are extracted and combined.

Other general technical requirements are incorporated into this document.
