GB/T 33656-2017 is the English-translated version of 企业能源计量网络图绘制方法.
GB/T 33656-2017 tells an enterprise how to draw the diagram of its energy measuring network, and gives its drawing style. It defines the energy measuring point, the energy using unit and the direction of energy flow, taking its other terms from GB 17167.
The diagram has two parts: a drawing that shows the measuring instruments, the objects measured, the flow and the level of the energy, what comes in from outside or goes out inside, and the boundary of each energy using unit; and a table carrying the measuring points with their measurement information.
The diagram must match the plant as it is and be updated when the metering equipment changes. Its format follows GB/T 14689, its lettering GB/T 14691 and its lines GB/T 17450. It was issued on 12 May 2017 and has applied since 1 December 2017.

1 Scope
This standard specifies the principles and methods of drawing the enterprise energy measurement network, and gives the drawing style.

3 Terms and definitions
GB 17167 Definitions and the following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1 Energy metering point
The location of the energy metering device.
3.2 Energy unit
Subordinate energy units under the basic production system, refers to the device, system, process, section, centralized management of similar energy equipment.
3.3 Energy flow
The direction of the actual flow of energy.
4 Overview
4.1 Energy metering network diagram is a combination of energy flow and energy measurement point of the network map.
