Foreword
This document complies with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part 1.Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents".
Drafting.
This document replaces GB/T 33510-2017 "Heat-resistant rubber cover layer - Requirements and test methods for heat resistance of conveyor belt cover layers".
Compared with GB/T 33510-2017, the main technical changes in the "Law" are as follows, apart from structural adjustments and editorial modifications.
---Added terms and definitions (see Chapter 3);
---Performance requirements have been changed (see Chapter 4, Chapter 3 in the.2017 edition);
---The test method has been changed (see Chapter 5, Chapter 4 in the.2017 edition).
This document is modified to adopt ISO 4195.2012 "Heat-resistant rubber cover - Requirements and test methods for heat resistance of conveyor belt cover".
This document includes a new chapter on "Terms and Definitions".
The technical differences between this document and ISO 4195.2012, and the reasons therefor, are as follows.
---The scope has been changed (see Chapter 1) to suit my country's technological conditions;
---The normative reference GB/T 5756 (see Chapter 3) has been added to adapt to my country's technical conditions;
---Performance requirements have been revised (see Chapter 4) to adapt to my country's technical conditions and increase operability;
---ISO 48 (see 5.1, 5.3.3.1) has been replaced with the normatively referenced GB/T 6031 to adapt to my country's technical conditions and add [further details needed].
Operability;
---ISO 37 (see 5.1, 5.3.3.2) has been replaced with the normatively referenced GB/T 528 to adapt to my country's technical conditions and increase operability.
Actual nature;
---The test temperature for Level 4 conveyor belts has been increased (see 5.2) to adapt to my country's technical conditions and improve operability;
---The heating procedure for the conveyor belt has been changed, and ISO 188 (see 5.3.1) has been replaced with the normatively referenced GB/T 3512 to accommodate...
Given my country's technological capabilities, this increases operability;
---The requirements for the preparation of test specimens for performance evaluation have been changed, and the normative references GB/T 30691 and GB/T 2941 have been replaced respectively.
ISO 18573 and ISO 23529 (see 5.3.2) should be adopted to adapt to my country's technical conditions and increase operability.
The following editorial changes have been made to this document.
---ISO 21183-1 has been replaced by GB/T 39825 (see Chapter 1), which is cited in the informational reference.
