3.1 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1.1 Force sensor forcetransducer
A device that senses and converts an input force into an output (usually an electrical parameter) proportional to it.
3.1.2 Safe overload
The force sensor allows the maximum axial force to be applied, and when the force is removed, the force sensor's specifications remain unchanged.
