Polychlorinated biphenyls; polychlorinated biphenyls;
The polychlorinated compounds formed by the substitution of hydrogen on the biphenyl ring with chlorine are collectively represented by the formula C12H (10-n) Cln (1<=n<=10).
4 principle
The extracted samples were extracted with organic solvent, and the extracts were concentrated, purified and fixed. The samples were determined by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.
The retention time of the target analyte was quantified by qualitative and external standard method.

Unless otherwise stated, all reagents are chromatographic pure.
