Scope

GB/T 32854.4-2020 is the English-translated version of 自动化系统与集成 制造系统先进控制与优化软件集成 第4部分:信息交互和使用.

GB/T 32854.4-2020 is Part 4 of GB/T 32854 and specifies the information exchange and usage requirements for integrating advanced process control and optimization software into a manufacturing system.

It covers the information exchange service, the information model with the attributes of APC-O event types and variable types, the interfaces to non-APC-O systems for level 2 and level 3 data and events, and the interfaces between and within APC-O systems, including the definition of APC-O modules.

It is written for developers of advanced control and optimization software, for the bodies that apply it - engineering solution providers, process production departments and corporate information departments - and for independent software test bodies, implementation and consulting services, industry associations and regional authorities.

It cites GB/T 20720.1-2019 and GB/T 34044.1-2019. Issued on 14 December 2020, it has applied since 1 July 2021.

Foreword

GB/T 32854 "Automation System and Integrated Manufacturing System Advanced Control and Optimization Software Integration" is divided into 4 parts.

---Part 1: General description, concepts and terminology;

---Part 2: Architecture and function;

---Part 3: Activity model and workflow;

---Part 4: Information Interaction and Use.

This part is Part 4 of GB/T 32854.

This section was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

Introduction

Advanced control and optimization are the key links of the manufacturing system, and are the actual executors of production planning and scheduling instructions, linking manufacturing operation management And the underlying control. Compared with conventional control, the advanced control and optimization system integrates the principles of feedforward, feedback and optimization.

Under the multiple constraints of the device, the production runs reliably on the boundary of the optimal constraints. Improve process dynamics by implementing advanced control and optimization Control performance, reduce the fluctuation range of process variables, make it closer to its optimized target value, so as to realize the card edge control of the production device, and This will enhance the stability and safety of the operation of the device, ensure the uniformity of product quality, increase the target product yield and increase the processing capacity of the device and reduce operating costs and reduce environmental pollution. Advanced control and optimization software requires suppliers, developers or consulting service providers based on actual conditions The design, implementation, commissioning and training of the project require unified standards and specifications for guidance.

GB/T 32854 gives the general architecture, key functions, and interaction methods of advanced control and optimization software integration.

The software designed, developed and implemented under the guidance of GB/T 32854 has universality, openness and scalability.

1 Scope

This part of GB/T 32854 specifies the information exchange service and information exchange service used for the integration of advanced control and optimization software for manufacturing systems.

Requirements for services, information models, non-APC-O system interfaces and inter-system and intra-system interfaces.

This part is applicable to the development organization of advanced control and optimization software (software developer), the application organization of advanced control and optimization software (engineering Process solution providers, process production departments, corporate information departments), independent software testing institutions, advanced control and optimization software implementation and Consulting service agencies, software industry associations, and regional information industry authorities, etc.

3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

3.1 Advanced control and optimization

A collection of advanced control strategies and optimization strategies.

3.2 Terminal control unit

The most basic control loop or unit in a control system.

3.3 Controlled variable

In the control process, variables that change depending on the changes of other variables.

Note: The adjustment goal of the controller is to track the set value of the controlled variable stably.

3.4 Manipulated variable

In the control process, according to the variable that needs to be adjusted, it does not rely on other variable adjustments, but is used as an adjustment means of the controller for control. Control the controlled variable to reach the desired set value.

3.5 Performance evaluation

In the advanced control and optimization system, a dedicated evaluation method is used to evaluate the production operation of the controller, optimizer or device. Assist users to understand the operating status of the system.
