Scope
GB/T 32854.3-2020 is the English-translated version of 自动化系统与集成 制造系统先进控制与优化软件集成 第3部分:活动模型和工作流.
GB/T 32854.3-2020 is Part 3 of the Chinese series on integrating advanced control and optimization software into manufacturing systems, and it covers activity models and workflows.
It fixes the life cycle stages of such an integration, and determines the workflow of that life cycle, the activity models for the development, execution and support phases, and the interaction between the components of a distributed advanced control and optimization system.
Annex A gives an implementation workflow. It defines workflow, distributed advanced control and optimization system and activity model, and it cites GB/T 20720.1-2019.
It is written for software developers, engineering solution providers, process production and corporate information departments, independent software testing bodies, implementation and consulting agencies, industry associations and regional information industry authorities. It was issued on 14 December 2020 and has applied since 1 July 2021.

Foreword
GB/T 32854 "Automation System and Integrated Manufacturing System Advanced Control and Optimization Software Integration" is divided into 4 parts.
---Part 1. General description, concepts and terminology;
---Part 2. Architecture and function;
---Part 3. Activity model and workflow;
---Part 4. Information Interaction and Use.
This part is Part 3 of GB/T 32854.
This section was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

Introduction
Advanced control and optimization are the key links of the manufacturing system, and are the actual executors of production planning and scheduling instructions, linking manufacturing operation management And the underlying control. Compared with conventional control, the advanced control and optimization system integrates the principles of feedforward, feedback and optimization.
Under the multiple constraints of the device, the production runs reliably on the boundary of the optimal constraints. Improve process dynamics by implementing advanced control and optimization Control performance, reduce the fluctuation range of process variables, make it closer to its optimized target value, so as to realize the card edge control of the production device, and This will enhance the stability and safety of the operation of the device, ensure the uniformity of product quality, increase the target product yield and increase the processing capacity of the device. And reduce operating costs and reduce environmental pollution. Advanced control and optimization software requires suppliers, developers or consulting service providers based on actual conditions The design, implementation, commissioning and training of the project require unified standards and specifications for guidance.
This section gives the general architecture, key functions, and interaction methods of advanced control and optimization software integration. Under the guidance of this section The software designed, developed and implemented is universal, open and expandable.
1 Scope
This part of GB/T 32854 specifies the life cycle stage of the advanced control and optimization software system integration of the manufacturing system, and determines the first Advance control and optimization of the system life cycle workflow, system activity model, distributed advanced control and optimization of the interaction between system components relationship.
This part is applicable to the development organization of advanced control and optimization software (software developer), the application organization of advanced control and optimization software (engineering Process solution providers, process production departments, corporate information departments), independent software testing institutions, advanced control and optimization software implementation and Consulting service agencies, software industry associations, and regional information industry authorities, etc.
