1 Scope

This standard specifies a method for assessing the effects of contaminants on the spore germination of Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (Glomus mosseae) law. The acute biotoxicity test method can assess the potential for contaminants and soil pollution to contribute to beneficial microorganisms in plants in sustainable agriculture influences.
