Foreword

This standard is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard uses the re-drafting method to modify ISO 11409.:1993 "plastic phenolic resin with differential scanning calorimetry Heat and reaction temperature "(English version).

The technical differences between this standard and ISO 11409.:1993 are as follows.

Replace ISO 472. 1988 with GB/T 2035-2008 equivalent to ISO 472.:1999.

This standard has made the following editorial changes.

--- Deleted the preface of ISO 9771.:1995;

- an introduction to the national standard;

--- to 3.4 "Note 1" to "note";

--- "crucible" instead of "sample container";

- change the title "average" of 4.5.3.3 to "result representation";

--- Change the precision of ISO 11409.:1993 to note;

- Information is included in Appendix A.

1 Scope

1.1 This standard specifies the method of determining the reaction heat and reaction temperature of phenolic resin by differential scanning calorimetry.

1.2 The process is applicable to phenolic resins having exothermic behavior, such as resole phenolic resins, or novolak resins and hexamethylenetetramine or Other curing agents.

1.3 This method is used to characterize a product or study.

3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

Differential scanning calorimeter differentialscanningcalorimetry;
