Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard replaces GB/T 3227-2008 "Mounting Squares for Motorized Sleeve Tools for Assembly Tools for Bolts and Nuts", and GB/T 3227-

The main technical changes in.2008 are as follows.

--- Added the figure and size of the circlip positioning type (K type) square head (see Figure 3 and Table 2);

--- Added the figure and size of the L-shaped square hole matched with the circlip positioning type (K type) square head (see Figure 7 and Table 4).

This standard uses the redrafting method to modify the use of ISO 1174-2.1996 "Bolt and nut assembly tool transmission Quartet Part 2.

The transmission of the motorized sleeve tool is square.

This standard has some structural adjustments compared to ISO 1174-2.1996. This standard and ISO 1174-2 are listed in Appendix A.

A summary of the numbering of chapters in.1996.

There are technical differences between this standard and ISO 1174-2.1996. The terms involved in these differences have been passed on the outside margins.

The vertical single line (|) of the position is marked, and a list of the corresponding technical differences and their causes is given in Appendix B.

For ease of use, the following editorial changes have been made to this standard.

--- Modified the standard name to harmonize with the existing standard series;

--- Removed Appendix A of the international standard information.

1 Scope

This standard specifies the type, size and marking of the transmission square head and the transmission square hole of the assembly tool for the bolt and nut motorized sleeve tool.

This standard is applicable to the transmission four-way of the motorized sleeve tool for bolt and nut assembly tools, that is, the transmission square head and the transmission square hole (the following simple

Called "square head and square hole").

3 Types and sizes of transmission squares

3.1 The type of square head is shown in Figure 1, Figure 2 and Figure 3. The dimensions are shown in Table 1 and Table 2. Basic dimensions and extreme dimensions in column s1 in Tables 1 and 2.

It shall comply with the provisions of GB 10 of GB/T 321-2005 and GB/T 1800.1-2009.
