Scope

GB/T 32180.2-2015 is the English-translated version of 财经信息技术企业资源计划软件数据接口第2部分：采购.

GB/T 32180.2-2015 specifies the data format requirements for the data interface through which enterprise resource planning software outputs purchasing data, covering the data elements of the purchasing business and the content and format of the data interface output file.

Clause 1 states that this part applies to the design, development and management of the purchase data interface in enterprises that use enterprise resource planning software, and to purchasing applications.

Its contents list names Scope, Normative references, Terms and definitions, Data elements with its rules for describing data elements and its breakdown of them, the output interface file with its format, data structure, description and timing requirements, and Conformity assessment with an overview, the function of the output file and the requirements for the output XML documentation; two informative annexes follow, one giving the XML schema of the interface and one a worked XML example, together with a bibliography.

The foreword states that GB/T 32180 is divided into six parts, for common basic data, purchasing, inventory, sales, budget and funds, and that this is the second of them; the introduction adds that this part is to be used together with GB/T 32180.1-2015 and that any accounting data in the output may be produced in accordance with GB/T 24589.1-2010.

Clause 3 defines enterprise resource planning software as an integrated application software system bringing together finance, inventory, manufacturing and other business functions, the data interface as the interface for data transfer and information exchange between computer software systems realised as electronic files, the XML file, the data file, and the data element, which it notes is the indivisible basic unit of data in the interface output.

The introduction explains the purpose the standard is meant to serve: because enterprise resource planning systems come from different vendors and differ considerably in software design, database platform and database structure, government regulators, internal management and other users of business management information cannot obtain enterprise data quickly or completely, and a common set of data elements and output file structures is intended to give audit, finance, tax, banking and commerce authorities as well as internal audit departments and management access to that data.

The standard was proposed by the National Audit Office of the People's Republic of China and is administered by the National Information Technology Standardization Technical Committee (SAC/TC 341), and the drafting organisations named include the Audit Office computer technology centre, Kingdee, SAP, Shandong Langchao Group General Software, UFIDA, Oracle, Nanjing Audit University and the China Electronics Standardization Institute. It was issued on 22 October 2015 and has applied since 1 June 2016.
