Scope
GB/T 32065.9-2019 is the English-translated version of 海洋仪器环境试验方法 第9部分:长霉试验.
GB/T 32065.9-2019 is Part 9 of the Chinese environmental test methods for oceanographic instruments, on the mould test. It gives the test requirements, the procedure and the information to be recorded, and serves to judge how far mould grows on marine instruments and components and what that does to their performance.
The test lasts 28 days, or 56 days if the parties agree to check function and electrical performance, and runs at 30 °C ± 1 °C with 95 % ± 5 % relative humidity.
The strains are those of Table 1, stored as the supplier recommends at 5 °C to 10 °C and used between 14 and 28 days after inoculation. Other strains may be added if they do not markedly inhibit those of Table 1. Issued on 25 March 2019, it has applied since 1 October 2019.

1 Scope
This part of GB/T 32065 specifies the test requirements, test procedures and related information for the long-mild test of marine instruments and components.
This section is applicable to assess the extent of mildew in marine instruments and components and the effect of mildew on the performance of marine instruments and components.

3 Test requirements
3.1 Test sequence
Generally, according to the provisions of Chapter 9 of GB/T 32065.1-2015, the test samples that have been tested for salt spray and sand dust need to be cleared. Long mold test can be carried out after the treatment.
3.2 Test time
The test time for the mildew test was 28d. If the agreement between the two parties requires an inspection of the impact on function and electrical performance, the test time is 56d.
3.3 Test temperature and relative humidity
The requirements for temperature and relative humidity of this test are as follows.
a) Temperature. 30 ° C ± 1 ° C;
b) Relative humidity. 95% ± 5%.
3.4 Test strains
The requirements for this test strain are as follows.
a) It is recommended to use the strains in Table 1 for testing, and if necessary, adjust the strain according to 3.4d).
b) The strain and frozen spores should be cultured and stored in the manner recommended by the strain provider. If the strain and frozen spores are not immediately Use, should be stored in the environment of 5 ° C ~ 10 ° C; the species used for preservation after activation from the inoculation container marked on the date of inoculation Counting, the training time is not less than 14d, but not more than 28d.
c) The container stopper containing the strain should not be removed before the preparation of the mold spore suspension. An open strain container can only be prepared once. Spore suspension.
d) Other mold strains may be added to the strains required by this test, and the increased strains shall be based on the degradation of the materials. Selection, but should not choose the strain that has significant inhibition on the strains in Table 1.
