Scope
GB/T 32065.8-2020 is the English-translated version of 海洋仪器环境试验方法 第8部分:温度变化试验.
GB/T 32065.8-2020 is Part 8 of GB/T 32065 and specifies the change of temperature test for oceanographic instruments, used to judge how well an instrument stands up to changing temperature.
It sets the test requirements and the two forms of the test: the stepped temperature change and the rapid temperature change.
The chamber may be a pair of temperature chambers or a multi-chamber thermal shock chamber; the relative humidity inside must stay below 50 per cent, the specimen sits near the centre with at least 15 cm between any of its faces and the chamber wall, and the chamber temperature has to come back to the set value within a tenth of the exposure time.
It cites GB/T 32065.1-2015, GB/T 32065.2-2015 and GB/T 32065.4-2015. It was issued on 19 November 2020 and has applied since 1 June 2021.

3 Test requirements
3.1 General requirements
The standard atmospheric conditions for the temperature change test of marine instruments are carried out in accordance with the provisions of 4.2 in GB/T 32065.1-2015; the test samples are safe The installation is carried out in accordance with the provisions of 6.1 in GB/T 32065.1-2015; the test interruption processing is in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 7 in GB/T 32065.1-2015 Regulations proceed.
3.2 Test equipment
3.2.1 The test equipment should comply with the provisions in Chapter 5 of GB/T 32065.1-2015.
3.2.2 The test equipment can be two temperature test chambers (chambers) or a multi-chamber temperature shock test chamber (chamber) meeting the test conditions.
Unless otherwise specified, when the test sample is converted, the temperature in the test box (chamber) should be restored to within 10% of the exposure duration. Set the temperature.
3.2.3 The relative humidity in the test box (chamber) should not exceed 50%.
3.2.4 During the test, the test sample should be close to the center of the test box (chamber), and the minimum distance between any surface and the wall of the corresponding test box (chamber) Should be greater than 15cm.
3.2.5 If the mounting frame or connecting piece is tested together with the test sample, its volume should be included in the test sample volume. When multiple test samples When starting the test, in addition to meeting the requirements of 3.2.4, it should also ensure that the test samples will not interfere with each other.
3.2.6 The test sample should not be directly radiated by any heating and cooling components in the test box (chamber).
3.3 Test severity level
3.3.1 Test temperature
Unless otherwise specified, the temperature change test temperature of marine instruments shall be selected from the following requirements. […]
