Principle 4

Test samples of a certain size range, the reducing gas in a fixed bed of 550 °C with CO and N2 composition isothermal reduction 30min.

The test sample after reduction drummed 900r. And then sieved with a square hole sieve of 2.8mm. Reduction degradation index (RDI) of the calculated value After the test sample with -2.8mm quality and reducing the percentage ratio of the total mass of the test sample before the drum representation.

5 Sampling, sample preparation and test sample preparation

5.1 Sampling and sample preparation

Sampling and sample preparation according to GB/T 10322.1 performed.

Pellet size range is 10.0mm ~ 12.5mm.

Sinter and lump ore particle size range is 16.0mm ~ 20.0mm.

Dry screening sample volume of at least 2kg.

Before the preparation of the test sample, the sample should be dried to constant weight at 105 °C ± 5 °C oven and cooled to room temperature.
