This document complies with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part

1.Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents". Drafting. This document supersedes GB/T 31817-2015 "Technical Specification for Protective Coating of Wind Power Generation Facilities" and is consistent with GB/T 31817-2015. Compared to previous versions, aside from structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows:

a) The scope has been changed (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of the.2015 edition);

b) Terms and definitions have been changed (see Chapter 3, Chapter 3 of the.2015 edition);

c) The classification has been changed (see Chapter 4, Chapter 4 of the.2015 edition, Appendix A);

d) The basic requirements for painting contractors have been removed (see section

5.1 of the.2015 edition);

e) The coating system requirements have been changed (see 5.1, Appendix A, Appendix B,

5.3 of the.2015 edition);

f) The painting process requirements have been changed (see 5.2,

5.4 in the.2015 edition);

g) The test methods for coating materials have been changed (see 6.1, Appendix A, Appendix B, Appendix B of the.2015 edition);
