GB/T 31743-2015 — This standard specifies the determination of the direct use of low-resolution pulsed NMR method animal fats (hereinafter referred to as oil) in solid fat content Methods.

Two Types of Heat pretreatment methods specified in this standard, one for having no significant Polymorphism and have beta 'tendency to crystallize fats, other One for a significant Polymorphism grease and similar tendency to crystallize beta cocoa butter.

Appendix C for special purposes Other heat pretreatment methods. NOTE. The Convenient direct method is specified in this standard, reproducible, but using an approximate calculation method, the indirect method is better and accurate. ISO 8292-2 specifies Indirect method.
