GB/T 31465 Road Vehicle - Fuse-Links includes the following 7 parts.

This Part belongs to Part 7 of GB/T 31465.

This Part was drafted as per the rules specified in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This Part adopts the re-drafting method to modify and use ISO 8820-9.2014 Road

Vehicles - Fuse-Links - Part 9. Fuse-Links with Shortened Tabs (Type K).

The technical differences and causes between this Part and ISO 8820-9.2014 are as

follows.

--- For the sake of standard use, the text quoted from GB/T 31465.1 are added the

clause number.

--- For Clause 2, the original text quoted from ISO 6672-1; China has transferred

the ISO 6722.2006 into GB/T 25085; the technical content totally corresponds to

ISO 6672-1; this Part changes quotation of GB/T 25085. Change ISO 8820-1

into the simultaneous conversion of our national standard.

--- Transfer the original text's 5.1 "test sequence shall be subject to the provisions

of Table 2" to the 5.1.2; which conforms to the logic and standard preparation

requirements more.

--- Refer to other parts of serial standard; increase "if under the negotiation between

the supplier and purchaser, the temperature rise test can refer to other part

provisions of serial standard" to 5.1.2.

--- Increase "the dimension of Type-K fuse-link can refer to Figure 5 and Table 8" to

6.1, which conforms to the logic and standard preparation requirements more.

--- In Table 9, the given international standards on bolts and nuts are replaced by

the corresponding national standards; and increase three quotation standards of

GB/T 77, GB/T 818, GB/T 6170 to the normative references.

--- The named examples in 6.1.2 was increased the rated voltage as per the industry

practice.

--- The textual description of Clause 7 in the original text is obviously inconsistent

with the content; it is changed into "the test fixture of Type-K fuse-link can refer

to Figure 6 and Table 9, which conforms to the logic and standard preparation

requirements more.

This Part shall be under the jurisdiction of National Technical Committee for

Standardization of Automotive (SAC/TC 114).

Part 7. Fuse-Links with Shortened Tabs

1 Scope

This Part of GB/T 31465 specifies the color code, rated current, test and requirements,

and dimension, etc. of fuse-links with shortened tabs for road vehicles.

This Part is applicable to the fuse-links (Type-K) with shortened tabs for the rated

voltage of 58V, rated current of no greater than 30A, fuse capacity of 1000A.
