Foreword

This document was drafted in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020

"Directives for standardization - Part 1.Rules for the structure and drafting of

standardizing documents".

The document is Part 1 of GB/T 25085 "Road vehicles - Automotive cables". GB/T

25085 has issued the following parts.

- Part 1.Vocabulary and design guideline;

- Part 2.Test methods;

- Part 3.Dimensions and requirements for 30 V a.c. or 60 V d.c. single-core copper

conductor cables;

- Part 4.Dimensions and requirements for 30 V a.c. or 60 V d.c. single-core

aluminium conductor cables.

This document is identical to ISO 19642-1.2023 "Road vehicles - Automotive cables -

Part 1.Vocabulary and design guidelines".

This document has made the following minimal editorial changes.

- CORRECT the formula in 3.3.6 of ISO 19642-1.2023.

60 V cable

Cable (3.3.7) intended for use in road vehicle applications where the nominal system

voltage (3.1.6) is less than or equal to 30 V a.c. or 60 V d.c.
