1 Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions plastic box pallets, classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, transportation and storage.

This standard applies to high density polyethylene, copolymer polypropylene plastic as the main raw material of plastic box pallets.

This standard does not apply to the barrel, tank tray.

3 Terms and Definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

3.1

Plastic box pallets plasticboxpalets

High density polyethylene, copolymer polypropylene plastic as the main raw material to manufacture box pallets.

3.2

Rated stacking load nominalstackingload

Placed in the bottom of the plastic box pallets, the top can bear minimum safe load, in kilograms (kg).

3.3

Test load testload

Loaded into the tray inside a plastic box or plastic tray top box to simulate the storage or transportation environment load, in kilograms (kg).

3.4

Weight tareweight

When the tank is not equipped with a plastic box pallets of goods quality, in kilograms (kg).
