Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules.

Introduction

This standard specifies a consistent format for data exchange, data contained in the electronic content/document management (Content /DocumentManagement, CDM) systems, including document and its associated resources, and kept by the management system or the search index value. Such standards should facilitate the accurate exchange of CDM data, that is, the standard requires that the data should not be irreversibly modified or blocked not allowed to put a reconstructed original data format. Therefore, this standard does not select a particular data format and designated for CDM exchange standards. Rather, the standard specifies a generic tag format that is based on XML (ExtensibleMarkup Language, Extensible Markup Language), which encapsulates all forms of CDM data. DTD (DocumentTypeDefinition, text document type definition) describes the CDM used for data conversion XML tags. XML format is the W3C (World Wide Web Consortium) 1998 Month adopted standards. XML is extensible, so that can be easily updated as appropriate DTD specify more CDM format.

This standard is intended to be a way for content/document management system users and manufacturers have benefited way to define the content exchange standards. certain these potential benefits are as follows.

1) document information from a standards-compliant export CDM system to another follows the standard CDM system.

2) CDM between different systems within an enterprise (because of their own choice, substitution or merger/acquisition and other reasons) will be able to exchange or integration CDM information.

Defined in this standard in line with this goal. between too general and too bound to find a balance. This standard should be broad enough to include all common types of information, and the expected future CDM and CDM systems possible. On the other hand, this standard also should have enough Limited, so that manufacturers in the CDM follow standard does not much difficulty.
