GB/T 30506-2014 is the English-translated version of 船舶和海上技术润滑油系统清洁度等级和冲洗导则.

GB/T 30506-2014 — This standard specifies the lube oil system cleanliness levels and washing guidelines. Rinse role is twofold. First, remove the installation and assembly During the invasion of pollutants; the second is to ensure the pipeline system as a whole and sufficient cleanliness.

Crankcase and gearbox before rinsing should be cleaned separately, this standard provides specific cleaning requirements. These requirements also apply to Fuel tank systems and other system components.

This standard specifies when the cleaning process is when Reynolds Re<=3000 wash thoroughly when cleaning processes for the Reynolds Re>=3000 rinse. Note. If the equipment manufacturers to provide irrigation requirements, which requirements can be given priority.
