Scope

GB/T 30435-2013 is the English-translated version of 电热干燥箱及电热鼓风干燥箱.

GB/T 30435-2013 covers electric gravity convection and forced ventilation ovens, which the draft calls the electric oven and the electric blast oven and shortens to the drying box.

Clause 1 states that the standard specifies their conditions of use, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and signs, packaging, transport and storage, and that it applies to electric ovens and electric blast ovens used for drying, baking and dry heat sterilization of items; it also states that the standard does not apply to vacuum drying ovens, far-infrared ovens or a further special oven type whose name the draft does not render legibly.

Clause 3 fixes the conditions of use in two parts.

For the environment it requires indoor use, an ambient temperature of 5 to 35 degrees C, a maximum relative humidity of 80 per cent below 31 degrees C falling linearly to 67 per cent at 35 degrees C, an atmospheric pressure of 80 kPa to 106 kPa, no direct sunlight or direct radiation from other heat sources, pollution level 2 with no explosive gas, high dust concentration or corrosive gas in the surroundings, and no strong vibration or air flow nearby.

For the supply it allows a rated voltage of AC 220 V, 380 V or another rating with an excursion from minus 15 per cent to 10 per cent, a rated frequency of 50 Hz or another nominal frequency with an excursion of plus or minus 2 per cent, and transient overvoltages rated as GB 16895.12-2001 provides.

Clause 2 cites GB/T 191-2008, GB/T 2829-2002, GB 4793.1-2007, GB 4793.6-2008 and GB 16895.12-2001. The foreword warns that some of the content may involve patents and that the body distributing the document does not take on the responsibility of identifying them.

The draft breaks off inside clause 3.2, so the requirements and the test methods are not shown. It was issued on 31 December 2013 and has applied since 1 August 2014.

3 Conditions of Use

3.1 Environmental conditions

Oven should be under the following conditions.

a) indoor use;

b) a temperature of 5 °C ~ 35 °C;

c) when the ambient temperature is below 31 °C maximum relative humidity of 80%; ambient temperature is 35 °C, the maximum relative humidity linear drop To 67%;

d) atmospheric pressure is 80kPa ~ 106kPa;

e) no direct sunlight or other heat sources direct radiation;

f) Pollution Level 2, around explosive gas, high concentrations of dust or corrosive gases;

g) vibration and air flow around without a strong presence.

3.2 Supply conditions

For the oven power supply should meet the following conditions.

a) Rated voltage. AC 220V, 380V or other voltage rating allows excursions range from -15% to 10%.

b) Rated frequency. 50Hz or other nominal frequency, allowing the excursion range of ± 2%.

c) allow typical transient overvoltage occurs on the power grid. Transient overvoltage nominal rating of the provisions of GB 16895.12-2001
