GB/T 30423-2025 — This document applies to system testing of high-voltage direct current (HVDC) facilities where the sending and receiving ends are respectively connected to an AC system.
The tests specified in this document are based on bidirectional unipolar and bidirectional bipolar HVDC systems consisting of a sender and a receiver connected to an AC system, respectively.
The test requirements and acceptance criteria also apply to back-to-back systems, while the test requirements and acceptance criteria for multi-terminal systems and systems using voltage source converters also apply.
Acceptance criteria are not included in this document. Except for bipolar testing, this document applies to unipolar HVDC systems. For specific engineering projects requiring special functions or performance, additional tests not included in this document should be added according to the technical specifications. project.
This document serves only as a system testing guide for HVDC facilities, instructing users on how to develop commissioning plans. The tests described in this document do not...
It is certainly applicable to all engineering projects, but it represents the possible range of tests that should be considered.
Therefore, it is recommended that project owners prioritize developing separate test plans in accordance with this document and clearly define the roles of each participating unit in advance (e.g., for example, the responsibilities of various tasks/trials among users, suppliers, manufacturers, operators, and purchasers.
