Scope

GB/T 3037-2017 is the English-translated version of 船用双偏心型蝶阀.

GB/T 3037-2017 is the Chinese product standard for marine double eccentric butterfly valves, both the wafer type and the flanged type. It fixes their classification and marking, the requirements, the test methods, the inspection rules and the marking, packaging, storage and transport, for nominal diameters DN80 to DN1200.

The flange connection dimensions and sealing surfaces follow GB/T 2501-2010 and CB/T 4196-2011 and the three JIS steel, cast iron and copper alloy pipe flange series, while the face-to-face length follows GB/T 12221 and the JIS valve dimension standard.

It applies to the design, manufacture and acceptance of double eccentric butterfly valves for shipboard piping. It replaces GB/T 3037-1994, was issued on 29 December 2017 and has applied since 1 July 2018.

Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard replaces GB/T 3037-1994 "marine double eccentric butterfly valve", compared with the GB/T 3037-1994 main changes are as follows.

--- Cancel B-type, C-type, D-series butterfly valve;

--- Increase JISB2220-2004, JISB2239-2004, JISB2240-2006 flanged series of butterfly valves;

--- Nominal diameter revised to DN80 ~ DN1200.

1 Scope

This standard specifies the flange connection size and sealing surface according to GB/T 2501-2010, CB/T 4196-2011, JISB2220-2004, JISB2239-2004, JISB2240-2006, the length of the structure according to GB/T 12221, JISB2002 marine double eccentric type folder Classification and marking, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, storage and transportation of butterfly valves of butterfly type and flange type (hereinafter referred to as butterfly valves).

This standard applies to the design of double eccentric butterfly valve piping, manufacturing and acceptance.
