Foreword

This document complies with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents".

Drafting.

This document is Part 4 of GB/T 30206 "Aerospace Fluid Systems Vocabulary". GB/T 30206 has already published the following parts.

---Part 1: General terms and definitions related to pressure;

---Part 2: General Terms and Definitions Related to Traffic;

---Part 3: General terms and definitions related to temperature;

---Part 4: General terms and definitions related to control/actuation systems.

This document is modified to adopt ISO 8625-4:2011 "Aerospace fluid systems vocabulary - Part 4: Control/actuation systems related to..." General terms and definitions.

This document has undergone the following structural adjustments compared to ISO 8625-4:2011.

---A new chapter on "Normative References" has been added;

---Adjust the term "stabilization augmentation system" (ISO 8625-4:2011, 4.1.20) to the term "control-assisted stabilization augmentation system" (ISO 8625-4:2011).

After section 4.1.8 of 2011, the subsequent serial numbers will be sequentially updated.

---The term "servo actuator stiffness" (ISO 8625-4:2011, 4.2.28) is merged into "servo actuator stiffness" (ISO 8625-4:2011, 4.2.31.10);

--- An "index" has been added.

The technical differences between this document and ISO 8625-4:2011, and the reasons therefor, are as follows.

---The definition of the term "flight control system" has been revised (see 3.1.14) to adapt to my country's technical conditions and the latest technical requirements, and for ease of use in this context.

Application of files;

---The definition of the term "linearity" has been changed (see 3.2.16) to adapt to my country's technical conditions and the latest technical requirements, and to facilitate this document.

application;

---The definition of the term "actuator working cycle" has been revised (see 3.3.5) to adapt to my country's technical conditions and the latest technical requirements, making it easier to understand.

Application of this document.

The following editorial changes have been made to this document.

---To align with existing standards, the standard title has been changed to "Aerospace Fluid Systems Glossary Part 4: Control/Actuation Systems Related".

General terms and definitions.

Introduction

GB/T 30206 "Glossary of Aerospace Fluid Systems" is proposed to consist of four parts.

---Part 1: General Terms and Definitions Related to Pressure. The purpose is to define general terms and definitions used in aerospace fluid systems related to pressure.

The terminology and definitions used for the entire lifecycle of aerospace fluid systems, from requirements analysis to decommissioning.

---Part 2: General Terms and Definitions Related to Flow. The aim is to define the general terms and definitions related to flow in aerospace fluid systems.

The terminology and definitions used for the entire lifecycle of aerospace fluid systems, from requirements analysis to decommissioning.

---Part 3: General Terms and Definitions Related to Temperature. The purpose is to define general terms and definitions used in aerospace fluid systems related to temperature.

The terminology and definitions used for the entire lifecycle of aerospace fluid systems, from requirements analysis to decommissioning.

---Part 4: General Terminology and Definitions Related to Control/Actuation Systems. The purpose is to define the terminology used in aerospace fluid systems and control...

General terms and definitions related to braking/actuation systems, used throughout the entire lifecycle of aerospace fluid systems, from requirements analysis to decommissioning.

Cycle phase.

This document defines the common terms and definitions used in the aerospace field related to control/actuation systems in fluid systems.

It is described in three parts. control system classification, control system technology, and control system performance.

3 Terms and Definitions

3.1 Classification of Control Systems

3.1.1

A control system that improves system performance by adjusting system parameters according to changing operating conditions.

3.1.2

A system composed of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic components that generates and transmits automatic control commands, enabling automatic or semi-automatic flight trajectory control.

To assist pilots in operation or to automatically control the aircraft's response to interference.

Note 1.This classification includes autopilots, joysticks or steering wheels, auto throttle levers, structural modal controls and similar mechanical devices.

Note 2.AFCS functions include, but are not limited to, airspeed maintenance, automatic navigation, all-weather landing, automatic terrain following, altitude maintenance, heading maintenance, altitude selection, and flight path control.

Orientation selection, attitude maintenance (pitch and roll), lateral acceleration and sideslip limitation, automatic instruments, low approach, Mach number maintenance, automatic landing, automatic vectoring.

model.

3.1.3

Autobrake

Braking at specific energy levels can be achieved through automatic/electronic control.

3.1.4

Autoland

The aircraft is brought to a landing via automatic/electronic control.

3.1.5

Autothrottle

A control device that sets a specific position to maintain thrust that matches a specific flight attitude or speed combination.

3.1.6

A system in which the control output is a full-state control in either polarity.

Note. When the input signal controls the output through time modulation, the system is called a pulse width modulation (PWM) system. Sometimes "on-off control" and...

Terms such as "bang-bang control" are used. These control types are related to digital control.
