1 Scope

3 Terms and Definitions
GB/T 6326 defined by the following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1 Test drum speed
When steel test drum rotating drum surface in the circumferential direction linear velocity.
3.2 Test speed
Test drum speed.
4 test equipment and precision
4.1 Durability Tester
4.1.1
The testing machine drum diameter should be 3000mm ± 30mm or 5000mm ± 50mm or 7000mm ± 70mm.
4.1.2
Test drumhead drum testing machine should be smooth steel surface, its width should be greater than or equal to the total cross-section width of the tire test.
4.1.3
Test load capacity of the loading device should be able to meet the requirements of the test method, an accuracy of ± 1.5% of full scale.
4.1.4
Test Drum speed capability and test equipment shall meet the requirements of the test method, the speed accuracy is 2 0km/h.
4.1.5
Test Drum radial runout should <=0.25mm.
4.1.6
Ambient temperature measuring device should be set in the range from the test tires of 150mm ~ 1000mm.
4.2 pneumatic pressure gauge
Inflator gauge range should be at least 1000kPa, an accuracy of ± 20kPa.
