Scope
GB/T 29538-2013 is the English-translated version of 家电用多楔带.
GB/T 29538-2013 covers V-ribbed belts for home appliances.
Clause 1 states that the standard specifies the models, marks and materials, dimensions, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and signs, packaging, transportation and storage of PH and PJ type non-elastic ribbed belts and of EPH and EPJ elastic ribbed belts, and that it applies to V-ribbed belts transmitting power in household appliances, washing machines, dryers and similar equipment; the page records no exclusions.
Clause 3, titled models, marks and materials, opens with 3.1 Model, which divides appliance V-ribbed belts into a non-elastic and an elastic type, designated PH and PJ and EPH and EPJ respectively, with a number of wedges greater than or equal to two.
The same subclause refers to Figure 1 for the construction of the belt and labels its parts as the topsheet, the tensile layer, the adhesive layer and the plastic wedge.

Foreword
This standard was drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules. The standard proposed by China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Association.
1 Scope
This standard specifies the PH, PJ type non-elastic ribbed belt and EPH, EPJ elastic ribbed belts models, marks and materials, dimensions, technology Requirements, test methods, inspection rules and signs, packaging, transportation and storage.
This standard applies to household appliances, washing machines, dryers and other transmitting power with V-ribbed belt (hereinafter referred to as band).

3 Models, marks and materials
3.1 Model
Appliances with non-elastic belt and V-ribbed belt is divided into two types of elastic bands, respectively, PH, PJ and EPH, EPJ two models, the number is greater than the wedge Or equal to 2. The structure shown in Figure 1. Explanation.
