Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard replaces GB/T 29514-2013 "Technical Specifications for Steel Slag Treatment Process". Major changes compared to GB/T 29514-2013 as follows.

--- Modify general requirements and environmental requirements (see Chapter 4);

--- Improve the technical principle (see 5.1);

--- Specification of water requirements (see 4.6);

--- Increase tank hot stuffing technology (see 5.3).

1 Scope

This standard specifies the general requirements, technical principles, process flow, technical requirements, operation, maintenance and safety of steel slag treatment.

This standard applies to the treatment of converter and electric arc furnace steel slag.
