Scope

GB/T 29500-2013 is the English-translated version of 建筑模板用木塑复合板.

GB/T 29500-2013 covers wood-plastic composite boards used as concrete formwork, which the draft calls construction templates with wood-plastic composite panels.

Clause 1 states that the standard specifies their classification and marking, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and signs, packaging, transportation and storage, and that it applies to wood-plastic composite panels for building templates produced by extrusion and by moulding.

Clause 3 divides the product by structure into a hollow core board, coded K, and a solid core board, coded S, and divides the solid core board by strength into class I, class II and class III.

The same clause fixes the format sizes at 915 mm by 1830 mm and 1220 mm by 2440 mm with thicknesses from 8 mm to 25 mm, other formats being agreed between the two parties.

Clause 3.2 builds the order mark from the product name, the structural classification, the strength class, the length, the width, the thickness and the number of the standard, and begins a worked example for a solid core class I board 1830 mm long, 915 mm wide and 8 mm thick, but the draft breaks off before the example is finished.

Clause 2 cites GB/T 1043.1-2008, GB/T 1633-2000, GB/T 2411-2008, GB/T 2828.1, GB/T 6343-2009, GB/T 17657-1999, GB/T 18102-2007 and GB/T 19367-2009. The clauses on requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, packaging, transport and storage that clause 1 announces are not reached by the draft. This standard was drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules. The standard proposed by China Building Materials Federation.

1 Scope

This standard specifies the construction template with wood-plastic composite board classification and marking requirements, test methods, inspection rules and signs, packaging, transportation Transport and storage.

This standard applies to building templates extrusion molding process and the process is made with wood-plastic composite panels.

3 Classification and Marking

3.1 Classification

Product is structured into the hollow core construction template with a wood-plastic composite panels (K) and solid core construction template with a wood-plastic composite panels (S); solid core construction template With a wood-plastic composite board is divided into classes according to strength I construction template with wood-plastic composite board, II class construction template with wood-plastic composite panels and architectural templates with class III Wood-plastic composite panels.

Product format size 915mm x 1830mm and 1220mm x 2440mm, thickness 8mm ~ 25mm, the other format Size products agreed by both parties.
