11.Inspection Report. This document replaces GB/T 2930.11-2008 "Inspection Procedures and Reports for Grass Seeds". Compared with GB/T 2930.11-2008, Apart from structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows:

1 Scope

GB/T 2930.11-2026 is the Chinese national standard covering the seed testing report - what it must state about the sample, the tests performed, the results and their uncertainty, and the identification and validity of the certificate, which is the document a seed lot is traded on. It replaces GB/T 2930.11-2008 and has been in force since 1 October 2026. It was issued on 31 March 2026 and takes effect on 1 October 2026, replacing GB/T 2930.11-2008. This document specifies the basic requirements, format, and content requirements for grass seed inspection reports. This document applies to the preparation of grass seed quality inspection reports.

4 Basic Requirements

4.1 A report shall be deemed invalid if any of the following conditions are met.

a) Lacking the official seal and special seal of the inspection and testing unit;

b) The copied report was not re-stamped with the official seal and special seal of the testing and inspection unit;

c) Lacks signatures or equivalent markings of the preparer, reviewer, and approver;

d) There are alterations.

4.2 The report should include a statement in the precautions section regarding the report's validity, handling of objections, limitations on use, and scope of sample liability.

4.3 The testing and inspection unit may add relevant precautions according to its own needs.

5.Format of Inspection Report See Appendix A.

6.1 Cover

6.1.1 Number (No.) The numbering system is specified in the quality manual of the testing and inspection unit, and the number should be unique.

6.1.2 Species Name Fill in the Chinese name corresponding to the Latin scientific name of the submitted sample in accordance with GB/T 2930.1.

6.1.3 Inspected Unit The full name of the organization or individual requiring the inspection report should be filled in.

6.1.4 Inspection Category Fill in the form for either supervisory inspection, commissioned inspection, or arbitration inspection based on the customer type.

6.1.5 Name of the testing and inspection unit The full name of the inspection and testing unit should be filled in, matching the official seal.

6.2 Use of Seals and Anti-counterfeiting Marks

6.2.1 Use of the accreditation seal of inspection and testing units Qualified testing and inspection organizations that issue testing and inspection data and results with evidentiary value to the public shall include such data in their testing and inspection reports. It shall be stamped with the official seal for inspection and testing and marked with the qualification accreditation mark.

6.2.2 Original or copy of the seal Inspection reports issued to the inspected unit should be stamped with the "Original" seal, while inspection reports archived by the inspection and testing unit should be stamped with the "Copy" seal.

6.2.3 Official seal of the inspection and testing unit The official seal of the testing and inspection unit should be affixed to the full name of the testing and inspection unit at the bottom of the cover of the test report.

6.2.4 Inspection and Testing Stamp The inspection report should be stamped with the official seal for inspection and testing at the conclusion and across the seam of the report.

6.2.5 Anti-counterfeiting labels Testing and inspection units can set their own anti-counterfeiting labels.

6.3 Basic Information

6.3.1 Species Name (Scientific Name) Fill in the Chinese name and Latin scientific name of the seed according to GB/T 2930.1.

6.3.2 Variety Name Fill out the form based on the variety approval information of the test sample, provided by the customer.

6.3.3 Inspected Unit Same as 6.1.3.

6.3.4 Production Units The full name of the unit that actually produced the seeds being inspected should be filled in.

6.3.5 Production Date

6.3.6 Sampling Location The actual location of the seed batch from which the sample was taken should be filled in.

6.3.7 Sample Number The sampling number is generated by the sampling unit according to the management system or by the sample number generated by the client according to internal management requirements. It should be unique.

6.3.8 Sampling Date

6.3.9 Sampling Base The actual weight of the seed batch taken according to GB/T 2930.1.

6.3.10 Sample Taker Fill in the name of the person who took the sample or the person who submitted the sample.

6.3.11 Sampling Mechanism Fill in the full name of the unit that took the sample.

6.3.12 Qualifications of Sampling Institutions If you have sampling qualifications, fill in the qualification number; if you do not have qualifications, fill in "None".

6.3.13 Sample arrival date

6.3.14 Sample Condition Briefly describe the appearance of the sample, mainly divided into normal and abnormal. Abnormalities include mold, insect infestation, etc.

6.3.15 Sample Number The numbering system is specified in the quality manual of the testing and inspection unit, and the number should be unique.

6.3.16 Inspection Items We can select parameters based on customer requirements, including purity, germination rate, viability, moisture content, weight, other plant seeds, health, seed type and variety, and coated seeds. Inspection items.

6.3.17 Sample Weight The actual weight of the sample, jointly confirmed by the testing unit and the tested unit.

6.3.18 Test Method The test methods shall be performed in accordance with GB/T 2930.2~GB/T 2930.10, GB/T 24869 or the technical standards provided by the customer, and the relevant forms shall be filled out. The standard number of the row.

6.3.19 Classification Basis Quality grading is based on standards such as GB 6141, GB 6142, GB/T 18247.4, GB/T 24869, and GB/T 26615, or standards provided by the customer. If the product quality grading standard is to be followed, fill in the standard number to be followed.

6.3.20 Main Instruments and Equipment Fill in the specific instruments and equipment used in the inspection and testing process and their serial numbers.

6.3.21 Experimental Environment Conditions Determine whether the environmental conditions of the test items are met based on the original experimental environmental condition records. If they are all met, fill in "Meets the test requirements".

6.4 Test Results

6.4.1 Clarity The weight percentages of net seeds, impurities, and other plant seeds in the purity analysis are all rounded to one decimal place. If any group is detected... If the weight percentage is less than or equal to 0.05%, fill in "trace". If no "impurities" or "other plant seeds" are detected, fill in "not detected". "-0.0-". 6.4.2 Germination Fill in the form according to the test results in accordance with GB/T 2930.4 or the test method standard provided by the customer. 6.4.4 Moisture Fill in the results according to the test results in accordance with GB/T 2930.8 or the test method standard provided by the customer.

6.4.5 Weight Fill in the results according to the test results in accordance with GB/T 2930.9 or the test method standard provided by the customer.

6.4.6 Number of other plant seeds Fill in the results according to the test standards of GB/T 2930.3 or the test method provided by the customer. 6.6 Test Conclusion

6.7 Remarks Including but not limited to.

a) Basic information about the samples provided by the submitting party should be noted in the remarks column of the order form and the test report. b) When the weight of the submitted sample is too low to retain a sample for retesting, the following should be noted in the remarks column of the order form and the test report. "Submitted sample..." "If the weight is below the specified limit, no sample will be retained for re-inspection."

c) When force majeure delays the issuance of the inspection report, it should be noted in the remarks column of the order form and the inspection report. "Due to force majeure, the issuance of the inspection report is delayed."

d) When the submitted sample is a seed coat or coated seed and moisture content testing is required, this should be noted in the remarks column of the order form and the test report. "Seed coating was not removed during moisture testing";

e) When the submitting party makes other requests that comply with the provisions of this document, the submitting party's requests should be noted in the remarks column of the entrustment form and the inspection report.

6.8 Approval, review, and tabulation The approval, review, and preparation of the inspection report shall be signed or marked with equivalent symbols by the approver, reviewer, and preparer of the inspection report, and the date of issuance shall be noted.

7 Other

For blank columns (including remarks) in the inspection report, such as those for uninspected items, items for which quality assessment was not required, or items with incomplete information, corrections should be made in the corresponding columns.
