The partial modification of the use of IEC 60050-603. 1986 "International Electrotechnical Vocabulary - Part 603. Generation, transmission and distribution power system Planning and management, "and refer to the International Electrotechnical Commission 2003 document (1/1904/CD) amend the definition of some of the terms and increased Appendix A.

This part of IEC 60050-603. Compared to 1986, there is a technical difference.
