This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard replaces GB/T 28963-2012 "Ship and Offshore Technology Marine Kitchen Cooking Equipment Fire Fighting System", and

Compared with GB/T 28963-2012, the main technical changes except for editorial changes are as follows.

---Modified the terms and definitions of bottle, valve assembly, driving cylinder, automatic operation, manual operation, and tilting boiler (see Chapter 2,.2012

Chapter 2 of the Year Edition);

---Added the definition of steamer (see 2.36);

---Modified the mechanical starting device, and added "except for the provisions of 4.4.14" (see 4.4.13,.2012 edition of 4.4.13);

1 Scope

2 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

Equipment related to fire extinguishing system.

Example. A device used to cut off power, fuel, or ventilation in a protected area, or initiate an alarm or signal.
