Scope
GB/T 2861.10-2008 is the English-translated version of 冲模导向装置 第10部分：垫圈.
GB/T 2861.10-2008 is Part 10 of GB/T 2861 and covers the washer of the guide unit for stamping dies. Clause 1 states that this part defines the structure, the dimensions and the marking of the die guide washer and that it applies to the washer used with the die guide.
Clause 2 cites JB/T 8070. Clause 3, headed dimensions, gives the structure and the dimensions of the washer in Figure 1 and Table 1 and adds two notes whose values the draft garbles, one on surface roughness and one on chamfers; the figures of Table 1 also come out garbled and are not reported here.
The foreword states that GB/T 2861 is divided into eleven parts, covering in turn the slide guide pillar and the rolling guide pillar, the slide guide bushings and the rolling guide bushings, the ball retainer, the cylindrical spiral compression spring, the removable guide posts of the sliding and of the rolling guide, the guide bushing, the washer of this part and the guide plate.
The foreword also lists the changes made against the previous edition: the title became die guide Part 10 Washers, a preface and a normative references clause were added, the structures and sizes of the washer were changed substantially, and the material became a recommendation.
The part is administered by the national standardization technical committee for molds (SAC/TC33) and was drafted by the Guilin Institute of Electrical Science and the Guilin University of Electronic Science and Technology among others.
It replaces GB/T 2861.15-1990, was issued on 2008-04-10 and has applied since 2008-10-01; the page names GB 2861.15-1981 and GB/T 2861.15-1990 as the earlier editions.
