1 Scope

GB/T 27797 specifies the part of each composite fiber properties of the sample processing method for preparing reinforced plastic plate, in order to determine the Content and various components, these methods are applicable to all major reinforcements and resin matrix.

Methods of producing test plates depends on.

a) Reinforcements.

--- Composition (glass, carbon, aramid, etc.);

--- Form (rovings, mats, fabrics, etc.);

--- With respect to the length of the plate, the width, the thickness of the terms (fiber) direction;

--- Content in reinforced plastic.

b) the matrix (thermoplastic or thermoset);

d) Preparation.

Enhanced mechanical properties and production process is closely related to the plastic, the test plate prepared in the same process should be possible.
