Introduction

This standard is intended to implement and evaluate the quality of learning services provide a common model for service providers and their clients on Design of non-formal education, training and development of the industry, development and delivery of universal reference. This standard uses the term "service learning" rather than the term "Training", intended to encourage the trainees and service results attention, learning service delivery diversity seriously.

1 Scope

This standard gives the non-formal education and training providers learn the basic requirements.
