Foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for standardization work Part 1: Structure and drafting rules for standardization documents" Drafting.

This document replaces GB/T 26873-2011 Spark Tester. Compared with GB/T 26873-2011, except for structural adjustments and editorial In addition to the modifications, the main technical changes are as follows.

a) The term and definition of “spark tester” have been changed (see 3.1, 3.1 of the 2011 edition);

b) The terms “counter, basic insulation, reference voltage, reference frequency, grade index, percentage error, influence quantity, reference condition” are deleted.

1 Scope

This document specifies the model and structure, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of spark testing machines.

This document applies to power frequency spark testers and DC spark testers used for on-site testing of wire and cable production.

This document does not apply to pulse spark testers, high-frequency spark testers, spark leak detectors and spark testers for other purposes.
