Foreword

This standard is "one of the national standard hexagonal flower-shaped screw" one of the national standards. This series includes.

--- GB/T 2671.1 hexagonal flower-shaped low-head screw;

--- GB/T 2671.2 hexagonal flower-shaped cylindrical head screws;

--- GB/T 2672 hexagonal fan-shaped pan head screws;

--- GB/T 2673 hexagonal flower-shaped countersunk head screws;

--- GB/T 2674 hexagonal flower-shaped countersunk head screw.

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard replaces GB/T 2674-2004 "hexagonal flower-shaped countersunk head screw", compared with GB/T 2674-2004, the main technical changes

As follows.

--- Delete "For other technical requirements, GB/T 3098.6 and GB/T 3103.1)" (see.2004 edition Chapter 1);

--- Increase "d hexagonal flower-shaped acceptance inspection see GB/T 6188" (see Table 1);

--- On stainless steel screws, increase passivation technology requirements according to GB/T 5267.4 (see Table 2).

This standard uses redrafted law revision using ISO 14584.2011 "hexagonal flower-shaped countersunk head screws."

The technical differences from ISO 14584.2011 and their reasons are as follows.

--- Deleted ISO 14584 regulations "For other technical requirements, ISO 4759-1 choose." (See Chapter 1), does not belong to the standard

Quasi-prescribed content;

--- In normative references, replace the international standard with our country standard (see Chapter 2), increase the reference GB/T 2 (see Figure 1),

GB/T 90.2 (see Table 2), GB/T 1237 (see 5.1) and GB/T 5267.4 (see Table 2) to meet the basis of China's fasteners

standard;

--- Increase steel and non-ferrous metal screw performance level "d < 3mm. According to the agreement" (see Table 2), a clear specification of small-size product performance level

Regulations

--- Specified non-ferrous metal screw performance rating (see Table 2), in line with China's basic standards fasteners;

--- On stainless steel screws, increase passivation technology requirements according to GB/T 5267.4 (see Table 2), to expand the use of products;

--- Increase packaging technology requirements (see Table 2), in line with China's basic standards fasteners;

--- Modify the mark example To simplify the mark example (see 5.2), to comply with the provisions of GB/T 1237.

1 Scope

This standard specifies the hexagonal flower-shaped countersunk head screw type size, technical conditions and marking.

This standard applies to thread specifications for the M2 ~ M10, performance class 4.8, A2-70, A3-70, CU2 and CU3, product class A

Grade hexagonal flower-shaped countersunk head screw.
