This section is one of the national standards of "Hexagon Flower-shaped Screws" series. This series includes.

This section drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules.

This section instead of GB/T 2671.2-2004 "hexagonal flower-shaped cylindrical head screw", and GB/T 2671.2-2004 compared to the main technology

The changes are as follows.

--- Delete "For other technical requirements, GB/T 3098.6 and GB/T 3103.1)" (see.2004 edition Chapter 1);

--- Reference thread standard uniform GB/T 193, GB/T 9145 (see Chapter 2);

--- Increase "e hexagonal flower-shaped acceptance inspection see GB/T 6188" (see Table 1);

--- On the steel screws, remove the surface oxidation, increase untreated (see Table 2);

--- On stainless steel screws, increase passivation technology requirements according to GB/T 5267.4 (see Table 2).

This section uses the redrafted law to amend the use of ISO 14579.2011 "hexagonal socket head cap screws."

Technical differences from ISO 14579.2011 and the reasons for this are as follows.

--- Deletion ISO 14579 provides that "for other technical requirements, ISO 4759-1 choice." (See Chapter 1), does not belong to the standard

Quasi-prescribed content;

--- Normative references, replace the international standard with our country standard (see Chapter 2), increase the reference GB/T 90.2 (see Table 2),

GB/T 1237 (see 5.1) and GB/T 5267.4 (see Table 2), delete the reference to ISO 965-3 to meet China's fastener base

Basic standard

--- Increase steel and non-ferrous metal screw performance level "d < 3mm. According to the agreement" (see Table 2), a clear specification of small-size product performance level

Regulations

--- Specified non-ferrous metal screw performance rating (see Table 2), in line with China's basic standards fasteners;

--- On stainless steel screws, increase passivation technology requirements according to GB/T 5267.4 (see Table 2), to expand the use of products;

--- Increase packaging technology requirements (see Table 2), in line with China's basic standards fasteners;

--- Modify the mark example To simplify the mark example (see 5.2), to comply with the provisions of GB/T 1237.

1 Scope

This section GB/T 2671 specifies the hexagonal flower-shaped cylinder head screw type size, technical conditions and markings.

This section applies to thread specifications for the M2 ~ M20, performance levels of 8.8,9.8,10.9,12.9/12.9, A2-70, A3-70, A4-70,

A5-70, CU2 and CU3, Class A hexagonal socket head cap screws.
