Foreword

This section is one of the national standards of "Hexagon Flower-shaped Screws" series. This series includes.

This section drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules.

This section instead of GB/T 2671.1-2004 "hexagonal flower-shaped low-head screw", compared with GB/T 2671.1-2004, the main technology

The changes are as follows.

--- Delete "For other technical requirements, GB/T 3098.6 and GB/T 3103.1)" (see.2004 edition Chapter 1);

--- Increase "d hexagonal flower-shaped acceptance inspection see GB/T 6188" (see Table 1);

--- On stainless steel screws, increase passivation technology requirements according to GB/T 5267.4 (see Table 2).

This section uses the redrafted law to amend the use of ISO 14580.2011 "hexagonal flower-shaped cylindrical head screws."

Technical differences from ISO 14580.2011 and the reasons for this are as follows.

--- ISO 14580 standard name without "low" word, as different from the GB/T 2671.2 "hexagonal flower-shaped cylindrical head screw", this section

The word "low" has been added to the name.

--- Deleted ISO 14580 "For other technical requirements, ISO 4759-1 choice." (See Chapter 1), does not belong to the standard

Quasi-prescribed content;

--- In normative references, replace the international standard with our country standard (see Chapter 2), increase the reference GB/T 2 (see Figure 1),

GB/T 90.2 (see Table 2), GB/T 1237 (see 5.1) and GB/T 5267.4 (see Table 2) to meet the basis of China's fasteners

standard;

--- Increase steel and non-ferrous metal screw performance level "d < 3mm. According to the agreement" (see Table 2), a clear specification of small-size product performance level

Regulations

--- Specified non-ferrous metal screw performance rating (see Table 2), in line with China's basic standards fasteners;

--- On stainless steel screws, increase passivation technology requirements according to GB/T 5267.4 (see Table 2), to expand the use of products;

--- Increase packaging technology requirements (see Table 2), in line with China's basic standards fasteners;

--- Modify the mark example To simplify the mark example (see 5.2), to comply with the provisions of GB/T 1237.

1 Scope

GB/T 2671 provisions of this part of the hexagonal flower-shaped low-head screw type size, technical conditions and markings.

This section applies to the thread size M2 ~ M10, performance classes 4.8,5.8, A2-50, A2-70, A3-50, A3-70, CU2 and

CU3, product grade A-level hexagonal flower-shaped low-head screw.
