1 Scope

Principle 3
Under ultrasonic action, extracted with ethyl sample of dimethyl fumarate, after purifying the extract by gas chromatography - mass spectrometry (GC/MS) detection, external standard.
4 Reagents and materials
4.1
ethyl acetate, chromatography; or analytical reagents, molecular sieve dehydration.
4.2
neutral alumina column, 6mL, 1g filler.
4.3
over anhydrous sodium sulfate, before use treatment at 400 °C 4h, cooled in a desiccator, spare.
4.4 Dimethyl fumarate (CAS Number
624-49-7) standards, the purity of >=99%.
4.5 preparation of standard solution
Weigh dimethyl fumarate standards (4.4) about 0.02g (accurate to 0.0001g) in a stoppered flask (5.6) with ethyl acetate to dissolve and dilute to the mark, shake, as the standard stock solution. Standard stock solution by diluting with ethyl acetate.
