— The scope of application has been changed, expanding the substrate to include biaxially oriented polypropylene (BOPP) film and biaxially oriented polyester (BOPET) film.

Biaxially oriented polyamide (BOPA) film, biaxially oriented polyethylene (BOPE) film, cast polypropylene (CPP) film (see...) Chapter 1 (Chapter 1 of the 2011 edition);

— The product classification for polyvinyl alcohol coated films has been changed (see Chapter 4, 3.1 of the 2011 edition);

— The physical property requirements for polyvinyl alcohol coated films have been changed (see Table 5, Table 4 in the 2011 edition);

— The requirements for the oxygen permeability test have been changed (see 6.10, 5.10 in the 2011 edition);

— The sampling requirements have been changed (see 7.2, 6.2 in the 2011 edition).
