Foreword

This standard is modified using the ISO 8577.:1997 "Microscope Spectrum Filter".

The main technical differences between this standard and ISO 8577.:1997 are.

- some of the normative references in Chapter 2 and the international standards in Table 1 are replaced by existing national standards;

--- consider China's national conditions, in Table 1 "diameter recommended value d" column to increase the A-and B-type filter diameter of 14mm;

--- the international standard in the diameter d tolerance using d11 said, easy to use;

--- add a chapter to incorporate the contents of the second half of Chapter 1.

For ease of use, this standard has also made the following editorial changes.

- the word "international standard" is changed to "this standard";

- Explain the preamble of international standards.

This standard is proposed by the China Machinery Industry Federation.

This standard is nationalized by the National Committee for the Standardization of Optics and Photonics (SAC/TC103).

1 Scope

This standard specifies the recommended dimensions for the interchangeable spectral filter diameter of the microscope and the material defects and processes of the filter Flaws.

3 Type

Microscope spectrum filter type is divided into A type, B type, the specific requirements are as follows.

Type A. Filters for imaging and illuminating optical paths.

Type B. filter used to illuminate the optical path.

4 Requirements

Microscope spectral filters are required to be specified in Table 1.
