Foreword
This document complies with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part
1.Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents" Drafting. This document replaces GB/T 26063-2010 "Beryllium Aluminum Alloy". Compared with GB/T 26063-2010, except for structural adjustments and editorial changes In addition, the main technical changes are as follows:
a) The total amount of impurities of BeAl-F and BeAl-Z in Table 2 has been deleted (see
3.2 of the.2010 edition);
b) Added requirements for Ag, Co and Ge element content of BeAl-Z brand products (see 5.1);
c) "Mechanical properties" The specified plastic elongation strength of BeAl-F and the tensile strength, specified plastic elongation strength and fracture strength of BeAl-Z have been changed. Requirements for rear elongation (see 5.2,
3.3 of the.2010 edition);
d) Added requirements for elastic modulus, average linear expansion coefficient, specific heat capacity, thermal conductivity and Poisson's ratio (see
e) Changed the "internal quality" technical requirements for cast products and powder metallurgy products (see 5.5,
3.6 of the.2010 edition);
f) The test method for chemical composition has been changed (see 6.1,
4.1 of the.2010 edition);
g) Added test methods for elastic modulus, average linear expansion coefficient, specific heat capacity, thermal conductivity and Poisson's ratio (see Chapter 6);
h) Changed the internal quality inspection method (see 6.5,
